    In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, we inform you of the processing of your personal data for which SOLVENTIS, S.V., S.A., and other companies within the same group, are responsible and addressee for the purpose of managing the system of control, prevention and discovery of crimes, record the complaint received, investigate the facts, as well as take the corresponding legal actions. The identity of the complainant will be kept confidential at all stages of the process and will not be disclosed to third parties, or to the incriminated person. The data will be kept during the processing of the internal investigation or, as the case may be, during the processing of possible legal proceedings.
