Customer Care Service

SOLVENTIS GROUP (Solventis S.V., S.A. & Solventis S.G.I.I.C., S.A.), hereinafter Solventis, has a Customer Service Department to safeguard the rights and interest of customers and receive and handle any complaints.

The main function of the Customer Service Department is to analyse, handle and solve any claims on the financial services, operations or contracts that may be made by Solventis customers, regarding the compliance with applicable regulations.

First, the customer or user should contact the Customer Service Department to notify any incident or claim regarding the services provided.

The claims and incidents can be notified to Solventis by telephone, email or directly to the Solventis Customer Service Department:

If the customer or user does not agree with the response received, or does not receive a response after a month, he can reclaim to the CNMV through:

    • Send the claim by email.
    • Send the claim to CNMV Claim Service: Edison, 4, 28006 Madrid – Passeig de Gràcia, 19, 08007 Barcelona.
